Let's give it a try....

I don't think that I will be very good at this whole blogging thing - but I figure that there's no harm in trying, right? It's weird, because I used to really enjoy writing in a journal - but that was personal. I didn't have to worry about the world reading all of my thoughts - just my dad! I wrote for me, nobody else. I wasn't concerned about spelling or proper grammar. This feels like a completely different ballgame. Maybe I'll grow to love this, but for now - it just feels awkward!
